Pedestrian hit by car at major intersecti­on

A young man is recovering in hospital after he was hit by a car at one of the city’s busiest intersecti­ons early yesterday. The accident was at the intersecti­on of Bermuda St and Broadbeach­Nerang Rd in Broadbeach Waters. The man, 20, was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Grisly find solves a 75-year mystery
