AMBER AND ELON TAKE IN BYRON FESTIVAL
THE weekend’s Splendour in the Grass festival was again a beacon for global celebrities, led by power couple Amber Heard and Elon Musk.
The Aquaman actor and the billionaire Tesla boss were reportedly getting cosy in the VIP section of the Byron Bay event on Saturday. A fan posted to Instagram they kicked on throughout the night and that Heard, when asked about her dogs Pistol and Boo, joked “they committed a felony and couldn’t get back to Australia”.
Aquaman co-star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who plays villain Black Manta in the film, was also getting into the festival spirit, posting a photo to Instagram wearing a flower crown and calling himself BeYahnce.
Byron Bay’s own Elsa Pataky, aka Mrs Chris Hemsworth, even took her children to enjoy Little Splendour.
Four members of Powderfinger reunited at Splendour yesterday, making it the first time they’ve performed the band’s songs together in seven years.
