‘Ban Tinder tiger selfies’

TINDER tiger selfies have caused an uproar, and animal activists are calling for the dating app to take stripes out of swipes.

Ahead of International Tiger Day tomorrow, animal rights organisation PETA has called on the co-founder of Tinder to ban the use of tiger selfies in dating profiles.

PETA associate director of campaigns Ashley Fruno said: “Now is the perfect time to help protect pussies by banning the most selfish selfie of all.” In a letter to Tinder cofounder Sean Rad, Ms Fruno said tiger selfies were cruel and unnecessary.
