YOU can now get cookie dough delivered to your door, because dreams do come true.

This is the kind of millennial invention we never knew we needed, and we have university students Zac McFarlane and Caitlynn Henry to thank for it.

The Gold Coast couple behind Just Dough It started making Australia’s first edible cookie dough earlier this year and demand for the delicious dessert has exploded.

“We’ve started manufacturing it and we now sell takehome tubs of dough at the markets,” Mr McFarlane said.

“But from today people can also order on our website and get same-day or next-day delivery to their doorstep.”

You can pick from flavours like Oreo and Nutella, Caramel and Chocolate, Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups or even customise your own dough. “We have a ‘dough it yourself’ option where people can customise their tubs of dough with anything they want and we’ll make it just for them,” Mr McFarlane said.

“We’ve also just started doing two and three-tier cookie dough cakes which people can order online. Whatever type of cake they want we’ll make and deliver.”

Just Dough It is sold in two Sunshine Coast stores and can be found at Night Quarter Markets, but Mr McFarlane said he and Ms Henry are aiming to open their own store.

“We’re only 19 so financially, getting a bank loan to open a store is difficult right now,” he said. “But hopefully if our online sales go well we will open up our own store in Surfers or Broadbeach.”
