State poll ever closer

LABOR MPs have begun receiving Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk’s corflutes at their electorate offices as the party prepares for election mode.

The Bulletin understands the corflutes, which bear Ms Palaszczuk’s photograph along with the slogan “putting Queenslanders first” began arriving at offices in early July.

They were unveiled by the party in June.

It follows news the Electoral Commission of Queensland has finalised its new State Electoral Roll following the boundary redistribution.
