Shanahans to market

SYDNEY’S Shanahan family could be poised to market its three-building Bermuda Point office-retail precinct overlooking the eastern end of Lake Orr at Varsity Lakes.

The family, which runs the Astoria group, apparently has received off-market offers for the property but feels it can do better with some open marketing.

Two years ago the Shanahans sold a near 3ha site at the western end of Lake Orr for $12.8 million.
