Martini is so hot right now
IT’S the last month of winter, so all the more reason to indulge in the warmest winter treats the weather allows.
One such treat is Mamasan Kitchen and Bar’s Yin + Yang (literally) hot new cocktail.
“Our hot Yin + Yang Espresso is our Winter Warmer version of our Yin + Yang Espresso Martini on our permanent cocktail menu,” owner Lauren Mitchell said.
“Espresso martinis continue to be one of our most popular cocktails so we thought why not get creative with a hot version for the winter months.
“The dark espresso colour of the cocktail balances the light and luscious cream topping and it’s a great fit with our Asian inspired drinks list.”
Stylised to fit with Mamasan’s Asian fusion theme, the cocktail sits at $18 and can be substituted for dessert.
“It’s a built cocktail of Suntory Kakubin whisky, white crème de cacao, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso and double cream,” Ms Mitchell said.
