The Rio Rum Punch is the brainchild of Fire Cue bartender Sam Laval who says the South American beverage is flammable and spicy. “The flame is achieved by lighting the chateau liquor, which is cupped in a passionfruit. The cinnamon on top creates little sparks and gives it a nice theatrical finish. It’s a big head-turner and I just spend my nights lighting cocktails on fire now.”
