One more Guardians

SUPERHERO franchise Guardians Of The Galaxy will only be around for one more instalment – at least in the fashion we know it.

The director of the hugely popular series said the third instalment would be the end of the current line-up.

Hollywood sources say this could mean the Ravagers, led by Sylvester Stallone in the recent sequel, could pick up the Guardians mantle.

In the comic book series that the films are made from, the Ravagers were actually the original Guardians.

Writer-director James Gunn also revealed he had already picked out the music for the next movie – which will star Chris Pratt as Star-Lord.
