ANOTHER woman running her own race and winning handsomely is Kathleen Broadway. She is something of a rarity as the dealer principal of Gold Coast BMW. A guest at the Early Risers breakfast, Kathleen told how she had started at BMW headquarters as an intern in 2006. “I loved the industry, worked my way through the ranks, including two years in Texas, and now I am the youngest female in BMW Australia to hold this position.” Impressive.
