Day eating chews fat

-

WHEN you eat could be as important as how many calories you consume when it comes to weight loss.

When researchers at the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Texas compared mice fed only at night (when they’re most active) and those fed only during the day (when they rest), only the night feeders lost weight, even though both groups had the same number of calories. The researchers say the findings suggest that dieting will be most effective if people eat most of their food during the day, when humans are most active.
