SOME sage advice from boxing champ Aussie Joe Bugner when we rang to see how he and wife Marlene are since moving from the Gold Coast to Brisbane.

“We are both very well,” said Joe. “It’s funny you should ask because people often think I am a bit odd for keeping so active.

“I am 67, I still work out every day because it is part of my daily routine to be healthy.”
