Jeans trend flies in face
JEANS lovers keen to show off their rears will like the latest trend in denim – a zip that runs down the front, underneath and up to join the waistband at the back – splitting the trousers in two.
French fashion brand Vetements has created a high-end version that costs $2100. A cheaper version costs $186 from American brand Reformation.
But Elle magazine warns they are “not for the fainthearted”. Harper’s Bazaar described the craze as part of “the great jeans apocalypse”.
The style is said to allow wearers to show off their rear by unzipping the back section.
