A LABOR heavyweight during last week’s Gold Coast community Cabinet visited a business and after formalities asked the owner if they would consider standing in the seat of Burleigh. Apart from showing the party was desperate for a candidate, the request proved embarrassing because the staffers included relatives of sitting LNP MP Michael Hart.
