The community services and economic developmen­t and major projects department­s, which contain about a third of the council’s 3600 staff, are believed targets of the reform “road map” Mr Dickson has been asked to compile. Both department­s are already in the midst of a review.

Married mum lured pair of teens for sex

An American married mother-oftwo who had sex with two teens after luring them with naked pictures on Snapchat was sentenced to up to 15 years in prison – after she called the ordeal the “biggest regret of my life.” Brooke Lajiness, 38, of Michigan, was sentenced on Monday to four years and nine months to 15 years in prison following an earlier guilty plea to several counts of criminal sexual conduct.
