Island sale for Scott

ADAM Scott, long the golfing pride of Sanctuary Cove, is cashing in some of his chips on Hope Island.

Adam, who has a large home within the resort, is selling a waterfront villa in the 30year-old Sanctuary Bay community in Boykambil Esplanade.

He bought the property for $210,000 in 2001 and moved it into company TASC at $600,000 four years later, around the time he committed to nearly $9 million for two beachfront Surfers apartments.
