A growing problem

A POLICE raid on a suburban Brisbane home has uncovered a marijuana farm believed to be run by a Vietnamese organised crime group to fund its hard drug import operation.

The crop of 170 cannabis plants worth almost $850,000, was found at a rental property in the southwestern suburb of Heathwood.

Every bedroom in the home had been turned into a cannabis cultivation room.
