All power to 100 jobs
POWER retailer Alinta Energy wants to hire 100 people for its Brisbane office as it chases a slice of Queensland’s electricity market.
The company has an ambitious target to sign up 250,000 southeast Queensland customers. The push is part of a deal with Queensland Government-owned CS Energy that Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk hopes will force other retailers to slash power costs.
Alinta claims consumers could save up to $350 each on their electricity bills with a two-year discount.
