Scarlet and gold were in abundance as revellers descended on Surfers for a magic night of Pottery

HARRY POTTER NIGHT House of Brews, Surfers Paradise

The Harry Potter phenomenon shows no sign of slowing down. When the House of Brews in Surfers Paradise put out the word that they were staging a wizard night, within five minutes the ‘booked out’ sign went up. Wands, black robes, scarves and round rimmed glasses were standard dress as the Potter People gathered to celebrate all things Hogwarts. Themed 9 ¾ cocktails complete with eerie smoke and a trivia quiz helped to round out the fun.
