One Ell of a good move

BOB Ell, wearing his moneylender hat rather than his developer one, has been fronting up with a bit of a helping hand on Hope Island.

Billionaire Bob apparently lent a few million dollars, on a mortgage priority basis, to developers with NSW links who needed cash for earthworks on a residential project.

It’s believed Bob starts getting his money back as the first of 20 or so sales settle and might already be in line for some penalty interest.
