Surfers site Power play

MICK Power, top man at Brisbane construction group BMD, is believed to be “building” the size of a beachfront Surfers holding he’s been trying to sell for nine months.

Mick owns two properties spanning 1500sq m on the corner of Garfield Tce and Enderley Ave. The Power family is believed poised to “grow” the site by 865sq m by buying two units in the neighbouring sixunit Premiere building to take full control of the building.
