STEALING – RUNAWAY BAY

THIS man may have informatio­n about a theft at Runaway Bay.

A man entered the gaming area of a Lae Drive tavern around 5.05pm on July 28.

He found a wallet left behind and inspected what was inside before leaving.

The owner returned to the pokie machine to find his wallet gone.

POLICE are asking for help to solve a theft at a Biggera Waters fast food outlet.

Around 8.10pm on July 23, a man left after accidently putting his wallet on the front counter.

A woman ordered food, picked up the wallet and left.

The cards from the wallet were used elsewhere before they could be cancelled.

POLICE would like to speak to a woman about a theft at a shoe store at Broadbeach.

Around 1.25pm on July 17, a female took a pair of shoes, carried them to the end of an aisle and put them in a bag she was carrying. She left without paying.

The woman is described as having a fair complexion, in her 30s, average build, long blonde hair in a ponytail down past her shoulders, wearing a black knee-length, halter-neck dress and black thongs.

She was carrying a handbag and an Ally brand shopping bag. She also had black sunglasses on her head.
