Van maker hitches on

MELBOURNE caravan maker JB Caravans has leased premises in Burleigh Heads.

The company has signed a five-year lease with a five-year option at $192,996 annual rent (inclusive of outgoings and GST) for 500sq m premises at 80 Kortum Drive.

CBRE Gold Coast’s Adam Roberts negotiated the lease for the property.
