High speeds too much to bear
A NUMBER of drivers have been stung for speeding along Tallebudgera Connection Road.
The area is well known for its wildlife, with officers being photographed in front of a sign pointing out 12 koalas had been killed on the road recently. Police say one driver was caught speeding at 96km/h and also recorded a blood-alcohol limit of .058. Senior Constable Kurt Foessel said while human lives were a priority it was frustrating to see the high speeds. The road is a 60km/h zone.
