GOLD Coast Titans white knight Darryl Kelly is ready to walk away from the club board as soon as sales talks start with the NRL.

Kelly, who poured a fortune into the Titans before the NRL reclaimed the licence two years ago, has made no secret of his desire to buy back the club. Yesterday, he confirmed he would quit the board once negotiations began to avoid any conflict of interest.
