Free entry at Mudgeeraba event

A MASSIVE show with fireworks and monster trucks at night will run at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds for the next three days.

Entry is free to the show, which opens at 10am today and 9.30am tomorrow and Sunday.

Organiser Clive Featherby said the show would have a free circus, sideshow alley games, rides, fireworks, monster trucks and showbags.

“We’ll have different food courts and alleys, lots of trade stands,” he said.

Mr Featherby said many of the performers and people working at the show were volunteering their time and services to support charity.

“When we were organising we rang to get one or two rides ... they gave us 16,” he said.

Mr Featherby said despite the Gold Coast Show being on the same weekend he expected a good turnout and hoped people could divide their time between the two events.

Mudgeeraba Mania is being held at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds and is open until 9.30pm today, 10pm tomorrow and 9pm on Sunday.
