Eastment’s $5m deal

GREG Eastment, Cairns car dealer, has cashed in another of his Gold Coast chips in what is believed to be a deal worth $5 million or more.

He has found a buyer for Mandalay, a house in riverfront Paradise Waters street Commodore Dve, bought for $3.75 million in 2013.

In June, Greg was paid $4.9 million for a double beachfront lot in Mermaid Beach’s Albatross Ave that cost him $800,000 less in 2015.
