Thanks to their location in the Yuen’s Market complex, chef Brent Storey says sourcing fresh is no sweat. “We use all fresh ingredient­s. We’re next to the fruit and veg market, so it’s easy for us to pop next door for the pick of the produce. We created all the flavours ourselves. We’ve got a wide range and the smoothies are good value. The Hawaiian Breeze is probably our most popular, which is mango, orange, pineapple and honey with coconut water, or the Charge Me Up is another favourite – banana, peanut butter, yoghurt, cocoa, honey and milk.”
