Bikie’s visa hit again

IMMIGRATION Minister Peter Dutton has defied a High Court ruling and cancelled the visa of a New Zealand-born bikie for a third time, hours after the court quashed the latest attempt to deport him, the man’s lawyer says.

Mr Dutton’s 2016 decision to cancel the visa of Aaron Joe Graham, a former Rebels bikie president, was yesterday ruled invalid by a majority of the full court.

But Mr Dutton re-cancelled Graham’s visa on character grounds within hours, his legal representative said.
