JESINTA’S HOME TRUTH
MODEL Jesinta Franklin has said she won’t chase an international modelling career because she is married.
But that hasn’t stopped Gold Coast-born Franklin, who is married to AFL superstar Lance “Buddy” Franklin, from flying to New York for a luxury fashion shoot.
She also attended New York Fashion Week shows, sitting front row with model Bambi Northwood-Blyth and actor Emma Roberts. The former Miss Universe Australia has been strolling the streets of the Big Apple wearing highend brand Zimmermann.
But Franklin will only stay on the fashion scene for as long as it remains fun.
“As soon as I don’t enjoy something in life, including modelling, I think it’s time to move on. But I’ve always had a great experience in modelling and I’ve been accepted for who I am,” she said.
She also told Seven’s Morning Show: “The international modelling scene – it’s something I haven’t entertained the thought of much, just because I’m a married woman now and my priorities and all my work commitments are here in Australia, and my husband.”
