Has he ever had his heart broken? “I’ve had my heart broken. I don’t think you’ve lived if you haven’t. Seeing someone else’s heart break is also never an easy thing to experience.”

What could cause him to clash with the other men in the house? “My need to be in charge.”

His dream date: “Driving off into the sunset in my dream car — a Corvette Stingray 1972 — followed by an intimate setting, a crate of vinyl records, a sound system, great wine and great conversation. I’m a simple man.” Where he sees himself 10 years from now: “I try not to think too far ahead but I set myself goals as I think everyone does. I’d like to have travelled, have my own place and be running my own bar or restaurant, hopefully with a couple of kids running around and a beautiful and loving wife.”
