Nurse ‘made baby dance’

TWO nurses at a US naval hospital have been fired after they were caught making inappropriate gestures to newborn babies and making one dance to rap music.

Photographs of the nurses with the babies, who worked for Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, were uploaded to Snapchat but later posted to Facebook and shared more than 185,000 times.

In one Snapchat picture, the woman takes a photo flipping off the baby with the caption: “How I currently feel about these mini Satans”.

Another picture shows another nurse holding a newborn making it “dance”. The baby was reported to be hours old.

The behaviour has sparked outrage on social media.
