TREVOR OFFERS NEW CHALLENGE

TREVOR Saville has run Saville’s Butchers here for years and was instrumental in creating the World Butchers Challenge with 14 countries now competing.

With the next competition to be held in Ireland in 2018, Trevor has now decided to do the same thing for apprentices in his industry.

Tomorrow at his factory in Helensvale, he will welcome 15 young folk to compete in an Australian Apprentice Butcher competition with the winner to head to Ireland.
