Eagle doesn’t land in court

BOXING champ and swimsuit model Lauryn Eagle chose to lay low and did not appear in court yesterday morning as she prepares to fight drug driving charges.

The troubled sports star’s legal team spared her the effort of attending Sutherland Local Court, instead saying she would not be entering a plea and asking for the case to be adjourned until next month.

Eagle, 29, who once dated NRL bad boy Todd Carney, has been charged with drug driving after police pulled her over for a random drug test in southwest Sydney earlier this year.
