HARD WORK PAYS OFF IN LONG RUN

The duo endured months of hard training to take part in the Berlin Marathon on the weekend as a fundraiser for their chosen charity MND and Me.

“It was so tough,” said Carolyn. “Raining, very cold and with a massive crowd of 40,000 runners we were even running sideways at times just to stay on our feet. Sadly I won’t be wearing sandals over summer when I get back because I’ve lost some of my toenails.”

For their efforts, the girls raised more than $5500 but it’s not too late to donate.
