ANGLERS GET STRONG HAULS AT 50 FATHOM

OUT wide on the 50 fathom reef there have been some epic Amberjack and Kingfish caught, most with live bait or jigging. In closer on the 36 fathom line there have been squire, and still the odd snapper caught using pilchards. Try for Cobia and tailor on the blocks and places like the Scottish Prince. It is a little early but some marlin have been caught this week too in about 65m of water, good indications for the season.
