The enormous hangover dawg ($19) boasts chargrilled double-smoked bockwurst, jack cheese, caramelised onion, bacon, pickled mayo, chive scrambled egg, hollandaise and barbecue sauce. Head chef Michael Dragosevic says it’s his go-to feed when he’s feeling a bit seedy. “I like eating it after a big night out. It’s very popular on Sunday mornings.”
