This Korean-inspired two-egg omelet is served with sticky tamari and ginger pork belly, spicy kimchi, kewpie mayo, sweet soy and a fluffy cabbage salad. Owner Lyndell Dark says they included the $19 dish on the menu in recognition of 42Fifteen’s location in the Asian precinct. “People love it because it’s fresh and a little bit spicy,” she says.
