NEW PARTNERSHI­P IS A SMART SUN CHOICE

SUN safety is a key message at GC2018 and was reinforced through a new Games partnershi­p announced last week. Australian company Hamilton will supply its sunscreen to athletes, volunteers and staff in the lead up to and during the Games.

“This is a great partnershi­p and one that will enable us to voice some extremely important health messages over the summer,” GOLDOC CEO Mark Peters said.

“Generously applying and reapplying sunscreen is important to being well protected and will be especially so for GC2018 competitor­s, officials, spectators, volunteers and workers who will spend plenty of time out in the Queensland sun during the event.”
