No Allison sign probe

QUEENSLAND police won’t investigate the vandalism of a memorial dedicated to murdered Brisbane mum Allison Baden-Clay after her family chose not to make a formal complaint.

The plaque was forcibly removed from the sandstone structure on Mount Crosby Rd at Anstead, where her body was found after her husband Gerard Baden-Clay killed her in 2012.

Mrs Baden-Clay’s father Geoff Dickie said the family was “disappointed and upset” someone had interfered with it.
