THE deadline for proposals to recapitalise SurfStitch’s holding companies closed on Friday.

Non-executive director and forensic accountant Abigail Cheadle was outed as being behind one of the proposals while administrators were tight-lipped about how many others had been received.

The deadline for the second creditors’ meeting where recommendations from administrators will be considered has been extended to January 2.
