MONEY TALKS, THOMAS WALKS

-

OFTEN the gap between a donation and seeing the good it can do is a world apart.

Not so at the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation Ball with the appearance of Thomas Wiltshire.

Diagnosed with cerebral palsy it was feared he would never be able to stand let alone walk but the introduction of a Totstander changed his life.

Donated by the Foundation it allowed Thomas the opportunity to slowly build up the muscles in his little body which eventually gave him the freedom to move.

He literally hit the stage running, supported by the Totstander, and to the delight of all zipped around like any boy.
