Opening its doors late September Imperial at The Star as part of the ongoing transforma­tion unveiled a new menu, including their steam scallops and pumpkin in miso, a Chinese dish with a Japanese twist showcasing Executive Chef of Asian Cuisine Song Yao Su’s creativity and love of flavour fusion. He says featuring caramelise­d scallops, Japanese pumpkin and miso sauce, the sweetness of the pumpkin and the saltiness of the miso sauce compliment the freshness and delicate flavour of the scallop, making it a delicious addition to every meal.
