Opening its doors late September Imperial at The Star as part of the ongoing transformation unveiled a new menu, including their steam scallops and pumpkin in miso, a Chinese dish with a Japanese twist showcasing Executive Chef of Asian Cuisine Song Yao Su’s creativity and love of flavour fusion. He says featuring caramelised scallops, Japanese pumpkin and miso sauce, the sweetness of the pumpkin and the saltiness of the miso sauce compliment the freshness and delicate flavour of the scallop, making it a delicious addition to every meal.
