Ed Sheeran hit by car

ED SHEERAN may be forced to perform without his guitar or cancel shows after injuring both his arms when he was hit by a car while cycling.

The 26-year-old, pictured left, posted an image on Instagram yesterday showing his right hand in a plaster cast and his other arm in a sling.

The singer in Taipei, Taiwan, on Sunday before heading to Japan and South Korea later in the week. Sheeran – whose latest album, Divide, is the fastestselling record by a male artist in British chart history – has never performed without his guitar since he rose to fame in 2011.
