HOODS AMPED TO SOUND OFF WITH SOHO

-

“We did the Big Day Out and even played Schoolies one year. We were part of the Channel V bus tour – we were back on the bus quickly after that gig. We weren’t looking to be toolies.”

The Hoods’ Broadwater Sounds show is a one-off before they tour the US in November-December.

“Pressure just had a little girl so we’ve been off-tour for a while but we’re as excited as for this,” Suffa says. “It’s a prelude, our last show before we go to North America. I’m interested to see what Trump’s America looks like.”

Suffa says fans can look forward to some new tunes from the trio in the new year.

“We’re not sure when but we’ve been writing already.”

Saturday’s set will feature all the bells and whistles.

“It’ll be our greatest hits – we’ll be playing everything from our catalogue, older and newer,” Suffa says.
