Miller returns for island ride

ANY doubts over Jack Miller’s fitness were dispelled yesterday when he received official medical clearance to ride in this weekend’s Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island.

Miller, 22, missed last weekend’s Japanese MotoGP as he recovered from a fractured leg but is now fit to compete.

“I think I even surprised myself with the turnaround in the leg,” Miller said.
