Bush sorry for touch

ACTRESS Heather Lind has accused former US president George H.W. Bush of sexual harassment.

Ms Lind wrote in an Instagram post that Mr Bush senior “touched me from behind” and then told her a dirty joke during a 2014 promotional event.

Mr Bush’s office said in a statement that, “President Bush would never – under any circumstance – intentionally cause anyone distress, and he most sincerely apologises if his attempt at humour offended Ms Lind. He has patted women’s rears in what he intended to be a good-natured manner.”
