Corporate suite stage two rollout

-

CLARENCE Property has released the second stage of tenancies at Lakehouse Corporate Space, following the $10.5 million sellout of the first 18 suites in the Robina development.

The second stage, also 18 tenancies, was launched to market this week and includes tenancies from 157sq m to 1048sq m, with the opportunity for purchasers to amalgamate or subdivide space to suit.

Lakehouse has undergone an $8 million refurbishment, with all stage two tenancies being refurbished in line with the contemporary makeover already complete in stage one.

Knight Frank Gold Coast joint managing director Tania Moore, who is marketing Lakehouse, said new purchasers could tour stage one to see the quality of the upgrade.

“The stage two renovations will mirror stage one, so it’s easy for prospective buyers to see exactly what their new suite will look like and the kind of working environment they will be able to enjoy,” she said.

“The flexible floorplans are perfect for businesses looking for office space that incorporates intelligent design and room to scale up or down.

“Lakehouse boasts its own private fibre optic connection, offering speeds up to 100 times faster than the average copper cable broadband.”
