No more time for Mel B

A JUDGE says there will be no more delays to Mel B’s domestic violence trial against her estranged husband after she split with her legal team.

Mel B missed a deposition for which she was scheduled to appear in Los Angeles on Friday because she is filming a commercial in Australia.

“There’s no way we are not starting this (trial) on the 13th (of November),” an angry Judge Mark Juhas said. The trial will address the former Spice Girl’s domestic violence claims against Stephen Belafonte and her divorce petition.

Mel B split with her legal team last week, and claimed a “breakdown” in communications with her new lawyers for missing Friday’s court date.

Belafonte denies Mel B’s claims, accusing her of cocaine and alcohol addiction.
