Lotto cash to pay out
A MAN who sued his workmates after being left out of a winning $40-million lotto syndicate now owes his millionaire colleagues hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The Court of Criminal Appeal dismissed Brendan Wilfred King’s case and ordered he pay the costs for the 15 people who each won $2.7 million on the lotto.
This is on top of the more than $500,000 he already owes after losing in the NSW Supreme Court last year.
